Bridge of Hope Bereavement Care Group – Rockford – November 10, 2025
Grief comes in many forms, and you don’t need to navigate your journey alone. Bridge of Hope is a 6-week bereavement care group that meets on Mondays, October 13th to November 17th, at Northern Illinois Hospice, Northern Illinois Hospice, 4751 Harrison Ave., Rockford. Registration is required before the first session, and the group is designed to be experienced from start to finish. Join us for our next session on November 10, 2025 for Learning Survival Skills.
