OPEN HOUSE

The holidays can be especially challenging for those experiencing grief. We’d like to make them a little brighter with a special open house to honor our loved ones. You and your family are invited.

Northern Illinois Hospice
4751 Harrison Avenue, Rockford

There will be something for everyone:

• Memorial Ornament Workshop (Please bring an article of your loved one’s clothing you don’t mind cutting into strips of fabric)
• Children’s Corner
• Create a heartfelt memorial message on our community holiday tree
• Meet the Clinical, Bereavement, and Northern Illinois Hospice Foundation Staff
• Refreshments
