Bridge of Hope is a 6-week bereavement care group that meets from 10:30 AM – Noon on Mondays, September 14, 2026 to October 19, 2026, at Northern Illinois Hospice, Northern Illinois Hospice, 4751 Harrison Ave., Rockford.
