Bridge of Hope Bereavement Care Group – Rockford – March 9, 2026

Grief comes in many forms, and you don’t need to navigate your journey alone. Bridge of Hope is a 6-week bereavement care group that meets on Mondays, February 9th to March 16th, at Northern Illinois Hospice, Northern Illinois Hospice, 4751 Harrison Ave., Rockford. Registration is required before the first session, and the group is designed to be experienced from start to finish. Join us for our last session on March 9, 2026 for Learning Survival Skills.
