Alzheimer’s & Dementia Symposium Set for June

ROCKFORD, Ill—Northern Illinois Hospice has teamed up with local senior care experts to offer a Alzheimer’s & Dementia Symposium on Saturday, June 11, from 8:30am-1pm at the Ken Rock Community Center, 625 Adams Street, Rockford.
The event will feature expert speakers on understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia, diagnosis, and management, as well as when is the right time to seek help from hospice. Anyone diagnosed or caring for someone with a form of dementia are invited to this free event.
