Bridge of Hope is a 6-week bereavement care group that meets on Mondays\, May 11\, 2026 to June 22\, 2026\, at Northern Illinois Hospice\, Northern Illinois Hospice\, 4751 Harrison Ave.\, Rockford. Registration is required before the first session\, and the group is designed to be experienced from start to finish.
